How the Three-Part System Works

1 · The sleeve
Triple-layer silicone: a firmer core for shape, a soft middle layer that gives under pressure, and a thin translucent outer skin that carries the hand-painted detail. The layers are why the surface moves like skin rather than like a moulded shell.
2 · The holder
An anatomically shaped silicone interface worn underneath. The sleeve seats onto it and stays aligned. Without the holder, a sleeve of this length has nothing to register against and will rotate.
3 · The straps

Sizing, Colour and Compatibility

Skin tone
The sleeve comes in three tones — Vanilla, Caramel and Chocolate. This is a narrower range than our packers and STP models, which are cast in 16 shades (S01–S16); the sleeve is built around a different mould set. The holder is produced in Caramel only — it sits underneath and is not visible in wear. If you are between two tones, order the colour swatch cards first; a shade returned as “wrong” is the single most common avoidable disappointment.
Strap size
XS/S, S/M and L/XL, measured at the hip. Between two sizes, take the smaller one — the webbing lets out further than it takes in.
Not compatible with
O-ring fixation systems. The Emisil holder and an O-ring solve the same problem in incompatible ways, and combining them puts a load on the sleeve edge that it is not cast for.
