If the package is lost, stolen or not delivered, it will be subject to the claims process of the shipping company. If you buy a prosthesis which is already produced, we will send it as soon as you pay for your order. In our store, we already have a range of produced prostheses which you can buy right away. You can find already produced prostheses in main menu. If you can't see this category, that means we do not have already made products at the moment.
If the prosthesis is produced according to your special order (you choose the color of your prosthesis and whether you want it with hair or without it, etc.), then the order will not be sent right away. As prostheses are individually designed, we start manufacturing them when a client places the order and we receive the payment for it. The production usually takes up to 5 days.
It all depends on the place where you live. We do not take responsibility for the shipment time. Usually delivery takes about 1-2 business days.

No. From outside, the parcel looks totally discreet. It‘s a simple Emisil white box, or original DHL yellow one, with 3M™ packing invoice enclosed with it.
